Responsibilities

• Control and register incoming payments;

• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable, bank accounts and subsequent accounts;

• Telephone and e-mail contact with the customer on verification of his receivables;

• Work closely with customer service department across Germany to serve our customers in the best possible way;

• Reconciliation of inter-company balances;

• Producing weekly, monthly financial and management reports.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience within Accounts;

• Fluent in English and Polish;

• Good German;

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel);

• Flexible and open;

• Conscientious and responsible;

• Knowledge of SAP is nice to have.
